I, Frederic Larrabee, being a resident of Clermont, Fayette County, Iowa, and being of sound mind and memory, but ever mindful of the uncertainty of life, do make, publish, and declare this instrument as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
Item. It is my will that all my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness and burial and including the expenses of the administration of my estate be first paid from my estate.
Item2. I hereby give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each to my nephews, Charles Larrabee, Jr., of Miami Florida; F.O. Larrabee of Memphis, Tennessee; William Larrabee III, of Los Angeles, California; Dr. James F. Larrabee, of Highland, Indiana, and Lewis.F. Robbins of Texarkana, Texas.
Item3. I hereby give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each to my nieces, Mrs. L.F. Heileman, of Danbury, Connecticut; Mrs. E.M. Kelly of Denver, Colorado; Mrs. A.R. Yarnall, of Birmingham, Michigan; Mrs. Julia L. Allen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Mrs. Janet L. Mitchell, of Wilmette, Illinois.
Item4. In the event he survives me, I hereby give and bequeath to Arthur N. Nelson of Clermont, Iowa, the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600).
Item5. I hereby give and bequeath to the Union Sunday School of Clermont, Iowa, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).
Item6. I hereby give and bequeath to the Town of Clermont, Iowa, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).
Item7. I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my nephew, F.O. Larrabee, my ranch, in the State of Wyoming, described as follows.
It being my intention to devise to the said F.O. Larrabee all of my property in the State of Wyoming, whether specifically described herein or not.
Item8. I hereby give, devise and bequeath my interest in and to the home farm, known as Montauk and the eighty-four acre farm, known as the Warner farm to my sister, Anna Larrabee, the same to be her absolute property.
Item9. I hereby give and bequeath to my sister, Anna Larrabee, the use and income for and during the term of her natural lifetime of all the remainder of my estate whether it be real, personal, or mixed.
Item10. Upon the death of my sister, Anna Larrabee, I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated, in equal shares to my nieces and nephews; Mrs. L.F. Heilman, of Danbury, Connecticut; Mrs. E.M. Kelly, of Denver, Colorado; Mrs. A.R. Yarnell, of Birmingham, Michigan; Mrs. Julia L. Allen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Mrs. Janet L. Mitchell, of Wilmette, Illinois; Charles Larrabee, Jr. of Miami, Florida; F.O. Larrabee, of Memphis, Tennessee; William Larrabee III, of Los Angeles, California; Dr. James F. Larrabee, of Highland, Indiana and Lewis F. Robbins of Texarkana, Texas.
Item11. I hereby make, constitute and appoint my niece, Mrs. Julia L. Allen and her husband, A.W. Allen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as executors of this, my last will and testament, and I expressly exempt them from the giving of any bond as such executors.
